Exchange or Return and Refund of internet orders
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at www.schaapcitroen.nl you have 14 days to return an item starting on the date you receive your item. You can visit one of our stores for this or you can let us pick up the item at your home. Do this by using our Returns and Refund procedure. It is not allowed to return the items by using mail (PostNL for example). For insured shipping, PostNL is usually insufficient to insure precious high valued items. If you decide to return a product through regular mail, this is at YOUR own risk.
If you are planning to return a product bought at Schaap en Citroen, please notify us by using the following Return and Refund form.
Once we have received your form, you will receive instructions within 24 hours when the product will be
picked up at your home.
It is only possible to return and refund an item if following conditions are met:
- The product is in mint and original condition
- The items isn't damaged or shows any signs of wearing
- The items in is in the original brand box
- All original warranty papers are untouched
- Possible protective films on the items are not removed
If an item doesn't meet the conditions named above it's possible the Return and Refund is not accepted. If this is the case we will inform you. The item will remain the property of the customer.
Once the item is received by us it will be evaluated by one of our specialists. If the conditions above are met Schaap en Citroen will refund the purchase price within 5 working days. Refunds are always made to the bank account that was used for the purchase. For example, if you paid via iDeal the amount will be refunded to the used debit card. If the purchase was made with a credit card the purchase payment will be refunded to the credit card.
If you wish to exchange an item, one of our Schaap en Citroen employees will contact you. If there is a price difference we will inform you about steps that need to be taken.
